Nice spot for tasty french food. The staff was very helpful and observant. Ambience reminds me of San Diego's scene.

Such a cute little spot in the heart of Thousand Oaks! And to top things off the owner is so sweet and hospitable! A great experience and I will definitely recommend and come back myself!

Nice little restaurant for breakfast and lunch. A nice feel of a small café like you find in France with a private owner. Food is simple with a homemade quality. Bon croissant!

The coffee was pretty good but what made this place stand out was the amazing atmosphere and pastries. The owners are actually from France as well so you're getting that authenticity too

This is a cosy little bakery. The owner is always smiling. I had a chicken salad sandwich. It was good. I plan to return to try out the quiches. There are no cakes here. They do have macaroons and other little stuff like that. The warm and friendly service is the best thing about this little place.

Love this place, food and service like France

I was strolling through the area looking for something to eat and drink and came upon this place. I was greeted by a (cute!) woman who spoke French. I sat down and ordered some iced.tea and a veggie sandwich with cheese. Ice tea was fine and came in a tall, almost wacky glass. Sandwich arrived cut in half at 45deg and then a side is flipped to create a neat heart shape design. It tasted quite good but I wish it had a bit more substance. I was wanting more for something that almost cost $9.

The restaurant is cute, and the food is good. But if you're in a hurry, don't go here. I have only ever seen 2 people working there: The cook/dishwasher and the owner. If you've ever been to Europe, it is not known for the quick and rapid service Americans are used to. So, if you are not in a hurry, try this place out. The crepes are light and tasty. The goat cheese salad is surprisingly filling. And, of course, the chocolate desserts are delicious

This spot provides extraordinary service as well as enjoyable meals. One of my favourite spots around here. The drinks and food arrived fast and the rates are economical. I recommend this place.

What a petite Gem of A cafe🌻Right by my $20 massage place on TO Blvd. there’s a busy street taco joint next door. I bypassed the noisy crowds and enjoyed a lovely sandwich and iced latte here @ CHOCOLATINE!Very reasonable ! Charming chef and waitress. They even speak French!There is a panoply of 🍨 🍮 desserts baked in house. Macarons , cookies, chocolate tarts, croissants !Be sure to take some cookies to go. This place is amazing! We are hooked on the croissants. Last weekend we ordered too late and missed out on croissants so we tried the crepes and now I'm not sure which I love more! For Mother's Day I asked for a quiche from here because they are so wonderful and I wanted to treat myself. Everything we have tried is wonderful. Keep up the great job and friendly service!

Best. Coffee. Ever. If you're tired of the burned beans at Starbucks, head to Chocolatine, a quaint, French cafe and soon-to-be bistro that caters to a more sophisticated palate. Come for the coffee, but stay for an incredible pastry, the lightest, most delicate quiche you've ever had (OMG, have dreams about the Goat Cheese Quiche), a delicious and authentic crepe, or a grilled sandwich. Then there is the confection counter - sigh, the ruination of my diet. Cannot leave without at least one macaroon or unique chocolate (strawberry basil, salted caramel, lemon, lavender...you can't go wrong).

Great, cute little French bistro and bakery. Reasonably priced with great sandwiches and crepes. Owned and run by a lovely French woman who's pleasant and happy to chat! The bakery is also pretty good. Has nice outfit seating.

Cozy and nice small French patisserie and restaurant. We had the pleasure to meet and be taken care of by the owner, and that definitely made the experience more enjoyable. Got coffee, a couple of croque-monsieur and sweet crepes...delicious! Also, got a couple of treats to take home with us.

We love this place! The coffee is amazing and the food is delicious! What is really amazing is the service! The owner is attentive but we never felt rushed. It reminded us of Italy, where you feel like family and can stay as long as you’d like!
